Nirman Foundation is a non–profit, Voluntary organization Founded in 2014 under the Indian Trust Act. Has set its goal to ensure the positive socio-economic change of the Vulnerable and marginalized persons with disabilities communities by taking up various activities. Such as Home for Persons with Disabilities, Early intervention, Rehabilitation, Skilling and livelihood, Assistive and Adaptive Devices and social security, The organization is based in the Mysore district in Karnataka.

With the economic reforms and India becoming the global Hub for providing the youth with opportunities worldwide, skilled manpower is the need of the hour. India is also witnessing a rapid evolution of enterprises and associated career options that were not there even a decade ago. The changing business requirements also demand step learning curves to be productive and very polished social-emotional skills. Unfortunately, the current education system does not support many of the industry's needs and hence there is a huge gap between the possessed skills by the educated and the skills required in the industry. Nirman Foundation has understood the power of education and skill development. Therefore, it has taken efforts in efforts in the very direction of envisioning empowering youth and making them future-ready.

ASHODHAYA (Home for Persons with Disabilities)

We run home for Destitute and orphan persons with disabilities aptly called ASHODHAYA at Saraguru, Mysuru. We provide shelter, food and medical care along with other basic amenities to persons with disabilities who come to us in totally helpless situation.
